Your video reminded me once again that I definitely need to try taking ice baths, it's just I hate the cold. I moved from the Netherlands to South Africa to be in a warm climate (& be with my husband😉)

You're a champ for trying Mango Chili as your first LMNT experience. It is definitely my least favorite!! I'm on a real Watermelon Salt + Raspberry Salt kick right now. I also found it much more helpful to use half of a sachet in about 8 ish oz of water when I first introduced electrolytes because the flavor was so foreign.

According to some of the literature Andrew Huberman has discussed on the podcast- for better muscular recovery cold exposure BEFORE training, but for endurance, it’s better After 👍👍 something to think about

Mango Chili is my favorite LMNT, but I only use 1/2 a packet per large tumbler of water.

Well done with the ice bath! Full dunk with silent meditation for 3-5 min is the way to go, but I understand you had a camera rolling.

With the cold plunge deep breath step in exhale deep breath squat down hold exhale controlling your breathing is key .
