I'm in a crisis and these kind of meditations allow me to get rid of anxiety and overthinking to live more in the present moment and enjoy the things that I have. When you talked about the green light wrapping me, I felt "in the zone", in a green one.
Thank you for doing this beautiful videos for anyone who wants to rest and feel hope.

Honestly this has made me feel really relaxed! I know it's easier said than done but to whoever is reading this, it is safe to let go. If you have anxiety, just notice and accept it. If you have breathing problems, just notice and accept it. Both these feelings are valid, all feelings are valid. It may be hard, but let yourself let go of your muscles and worries. You are safe. When this reality kicks in, you will feel deeply relaxed...

I have a tendency to overthink just about everything. Especially with so many goals and ideas circulating inside my head. But taking the time to unwind my mind really helped me obtain a calm psyche. So thanks so much! 😁☀️🏔🌧🌬

Thank you so much. I feel so refreshed like I just took a nap. also for some reason whenever I meditation has imagine a color I always see a very pale pastel yellow. Not sure why anyone else?
