I have had level 10 pain so bad no pain medicine known to man worked for me. I tried all types of relief movements seen on YouTube but nothing helped. I was 10 days into this when I came upon your video, I tried the frog pose and it changed everything immediately. I did all your exercises several times and improved each time. Nice.
I tried swinging back and forth as far as i could on a hanging bar, bending my hips back and forward. It helped a lot in targeting the sciatica pain in my glute and provided some relief.

Thank you very much. I had a spinal fusion done L4 to S1 ( inter body fusion) 20 years ago. I was left with permanent sciatic pain. I’ve tried everything and then ended up having a spinal cord stimulator Inserted in my abdomen. Your exercises are helping me if you could email me the information on all the back exercises you have. Love these and your honest approach to exercises for sciatica pain which I believe I do have. My question is how many reps of each one and how often? I was doing 15 reps of each so I will just continue doing this and see results. Thank you!

Hello, its a but frustrating for me. My disc herniation is at l2-l3 which is apparently extremely rare and produces quite different symptoms to the more common lower lumbar at l4-l5 and l5-s1.
Due to its rarity, I'm finding it almost IMPOSSIBLE to find any information on it 😢😢.
