Upper Body Tone and Shape Workout

If you’re working towards adding a bit of strategic width across you upper body, without adding bulk, this workout is for you. We’ll focus on the lateral delts, upper chest, and upper back. Supersets allow you to get more done in less time, and give you the benefits of cardio, too!

Workout:

1). Heavy Lateral Raise Partials
2a). Inverted Rows
2b). Decline Push Ups
3a). Z Press
3b). Wide-Grip Upright Rows
4a). Dumbbell Rows
4b). Dumbbell Pullovers
5a). T-Raise
5b). Dumbbell Incline Curls
6a). Face Pulls
6b). Pushdowns
