*“You’ll watch an entire Netflix series even when the first episodes are slow just because someone told you that ‘it gets better’, but what if you looked at your goals like that and watched your life get better instead?”*

Love from a small channel💙

4:38 as a student, I personally use 80/20 by doing a homework, stop when I started to feel lazy or slow (instead of forcing myself to keep doing it), then go do other homework or something else.
This makes me stop thinking too hard on that one question, and done more homework faster.

Dude, waking up early ought to be on this list. Waking up 2 hours earlier gives me soo much more time (metaphorically) for the rest of the day.

I'm grateful for being alive after going through the toughest 6 months of my life following my dad's 7 month earlier death, being on the edge of life and death and having laid in bed 99% of the time in those 6 months due to severe muscle damage which made me fear for my own death at the age of then 17 (now 19) and then having turned my life around in those 3 remaining months of my 9 months being in a clinic and fixing my social anxiety, taking anti depressants to stabilize my health and finding my purpose, my passions and my talents.

Hey, I know that this is going to get lost in the other comments, but I just wanted to thank you. If it weren't for you, I wouldn't have recognized the signs of mental illness that should've been obvious. I've now been diagnosed with some pretty bad anxiety and depression, but have now gotten much better. And with the way that my headspace was before getting treatment, I'm going to have to say that you saved my life. Again, thank you for doing this amazing work! Edit: Wtf is with these bots??

I really think I needed this video. I've been having a really tough time starting grade 10, and I'm pretty sure I'm emotionally hungry. I have nonstop anxiety, especially at school....

At 0:49 I just remembered when I was little (I was 6 years old or somethin) an old lady complimented my messy curly hair while me and my older brother went grocery shopping, I’m so happy that I remembered it cuz she made my day 💞💖

I completely agree with the social media one. I deleted all of mine and it felt like a huge weight lifted off me.

I have always struggled with keeping a routine....my attention span on a certain task doesn't last long and recently it has been harder to keep up with everything going on especially with anxiety making it way challenging than it already is...but this motivated me alot! I will try my best again.♥️
