Sir muja ek doubt hai sir muje fat loss bhi karna hai muscle ko bhi gain karna to hum use ta ki running weight loss hota hai lekin yah bhi use nein tha ki running se  muscle bhi loose hota hai to sir hum  running kar sakta hai weight loss karna ka liye use muscle loss nhi hogaye
