Hi Dr. Mike. Thank you for your content. I’m a 60 year old man and I started doing your nutrition and workout program on Jan 2nd 2024. I’m 6’ 3” tall and I started at 196 lbs. At week 5 of 15 I’m now at 188 lbs and losing fat at a steady rate. I’m keeping good records of my progress and I plan to send you before and after photos. Thanks again.

Exercises are fine but for fat loss to occur, a proper diet is a must. Exercising alone can shape your chest muscles and make them look good, but ONLY if you melt that layer of fat that is covering them (and your whole body...) I am currently in my third week of following a diet plan I got from Next Level Diet. I definitely lost some fat. It's slow but steady process. It also comes with a workout plan. You can also find something for yourself. Happy dieting and exercising!

My favourite chest exercises used to be the flat dumbell press, lateral dumbell press and dumbell flyes. Now, I'm changing these to the one mentioned above since you have convinced me to make the switch. Thanks for the video and keep making them.

My all-time favorite chest workout is inclined dumbell. This workout gives me the best results and feels natural. I have never felt any discomfort or pain with this workout.

I like the different types of push-ups: military push-up, wide hands push-up, diamond push-up and archer push-up. It's common exercises, and you can do it, where you want.

My favorite chest exercise is the cable crossover. Change the angle/ weight can also go for sets or reps just a really good workout overall! Enjoy ur videos they’re so helpful. I’ve been losing weight while also toning and slowly getting closer towards my goal.

Just to be clear, FAT LOSS IS NOT SITE SPECIFIC. You lose fat holistically, being in a caloric deficit over time...

1. regular Benchpress
2. incline Benchpress
3. Cable-crossovers
4. Dips / Cable-Chess raises

2. Dumbbell incline Press - 4 sets of 10-12 reps.
3. Dumbbell flat fly -4 sets of

My favorite chest exercise is the cable cross over as I’m able to go heavier and and compress my chest better at the end of each rep. It gives me that tight muscle feeling all the time. I also like to see my veins on my arms pop up.
