I’m a mom from Canada and I am only in my 30s but my view on health has completely changed and I truly want preventative exercises that feel good 👍🏻 I don’t care as much what the appearance aspect is more so the inner health 💙🙏🏻

Hello from Texas! I am 66 with Osteoporosis in my lumbar spine. I didn't exercise during the Christmas season and I really felt everything aching. So glad to start mid-January with this routine again. It is helping alot!! I just need to keep kicking myself to not stop because I feel so much better. Thank you so much for encouraging me.
