Small movements during the day can add up to big changes 👀

When it comes to osteoporosis and osteopenia- the two main goals are to reduce fall risk and improve bone strength ☝🏽

Research has shown some of the best ways to do that are with impact exercise along with balance exercises 👏🏼

IMPORTANT: please modify if needed and use support, especially reducing impact if you have osteoarthritis ☝🏽⚠️

If you currently have a fracture please hold off until cleared to exercise ⚠️

Just a couple of repetitions per day consistently can start to enhance your daily life 👀

The stomp squats (in the last clip) are one of my most favorite as they work leg strength and bring impact into the mix 😍

I do these thing with my 86 year old mom I am 57 and when she can do them better then me she lets EVERYONE know we have gotten closer by doing this and her doctor is happy with her improvement Thank you so much

This is absolutely brilliant. Obe of the most useful videos I've seen. Such simple changes, but clearly beneficial. I don't have osteoporosis but I stand on one leg to clean my teeth. I do heel raises if I'm in any sort of queue. If only people would actually do these things. But it's so easy to slouch in front of the tv and spi your crisps onto the floor 😢

Im getting older and my injuries from sports military service is making my knees ache I bike ride to lubricate my knees 40+week walking I can't tolerate the knee pain I really miss hiking 😢thanks again

I was told the stimulant effect was much greater to land on the ball of my feet instead of my heels. The impact stimulates your bones to regrow. It has really helped me with my Osteoporosis. I bought a pair of jump road handles (no rope to get tangled in😉) from Amazon.
