This is a very deep and controversial subject. I have seen death very close many times and I know that when you are in the depth of the experience, it is not always easy to step aside and look at it from an “enlightened perspective”… yet what I learned over the years is that if you manage to do it, you will find peace.

This topic is very interesting and somehow spoke to me. I remember when my grandpa passed away in front of me due to illness, and all the grief, hate, anger, and negative emotions resurfaced. Even though it was imminent, I still felt life was unfair because I didn't want it to happen. But Sandeep's explanation on how to accept death touched my heart, and I realized I eventually became grateful for my grandpa's life. It was a long process, but I got there. I agree that acceptance and gratefulness can help us deal with grief during times like these.
