🌴🌺 Holy 🤣🤣 Super workout to get the day started and pressed for time. Figure 8’s killed and that wrap around from hip to hip I could feel in my core right where my problem spot is. The only time I ever felt that was when I used to run. Now you taught me a new way to get that worked out!!!! So, so grateful for you both 🙏❤️🔥⭐️✌🏼

My favorite ab move was the halo abs. My core must be super weak because I had to modify more for the other ab moves. But I loved how quick this was and how the repeats didn't seem like

I have a question is it safe to lay flat on my back for chest flys I’ve always heard that it was unsafe in my first two pregnancies. As far as push-ups and planks do I need to take them from my knees in the first trimester?
