There's another way to wake up early. You just keep repeating "I want to wake up at (time) in the morning" in your mind or aloud, anything you prefer. Try not to get distracted. A little bit is okay but not too much. Get your brain to know what you want to do and how important it is to you. Also set the alarm for a back up. AND sleep earlier than usual so you get enough sleep.
