One thing that helped me was as soon as my alarm rang, I would jump out of bed (don’t think about it, just get up as soon as you open your eyes, if you lay there thinking about it you won’t get up) jump right in the shower and turn the water and stand there with the cold water running on me for like 30 seconds. From alarm sounding to me being out of the shower is like 1 minute. It’s quick
