For the lady who called in and got no conclusive answer.

Do you take magnesium? If not, most of us are deplete in it. Chelated glycinate magnesium is great for relaxation, take this before bed.

Also, when I have a hot bath with mineral sales before bed, I go into a super deep sleep.

Finally, I'm not sure how old you are, but if you're in your mid 40s (can be as early as late 30s) you could be perimenopausal. That can bring a whole load of symptoms with it! 😜👾

I am 26 yes old. I YouTubed why I’m tired in the morning, and awake at night, wondering what was wrong with me….than I realized I don’t think I’ve ever not been tired when I wake up 😂😂😂 so I’m good 😂😂😂 if your awake at night by the way just get tired at night and you will 😊

Utter bs. All he cares about his promoting ways he can make money. I'm not ditching my sleep tracker. Not all trackers are unreliable. Whether it stresses you out is not the problem of the tracker but how we think and that can be resolved. We make changes and can notice how we feel the next day and see changes within a “quality app”
