Dude if you put all these vids into an archive, organized into categories. I would pay for that.

Update: I've figured out I can't do that second exercise but they've done a great job of upgrading the wifi in this hospital.

For those wanting to attempt the movement the Olympian was doing, here's a note of warning.
If your not great at engaging your core fully, or there are imbalances/areas of your core and low back that aren't as strong, you will likely injur yourself in one way or another.
You may think "well obviously" but I have noticed there is a surprising lack of true body and muscle awareness in so many, leading to injury.
It may be easier and safer to start off doing the first exercise on the ground, which can offer a little bit of an easier access to stabilizing your core and low back while focusing on the rotations.

Think of it like balancing a plate in one hand with a bottle on top and dribbling a basketball in the other. You have to maintain focus to do that and be aware of your movements. That has to be learned and trained over time.

Going to the gym and lifting weights doesn't mean you're aware of your muscle activation, and actually feeling your muscles and body movements. Robotic exercises that you've heard build muscle, don't inherently activate the awareness of the muscles.
Feel your body while you stretch and engage with your breath. Keeping your focus within and not in your mind or surroundings can help.

Anyways, hope this helps prevent injuries and improve your connection to your self.
Bye ..

I know these from yoga: that's Warrior 3 transitioning into Half Moon pose. Really challenging but really effective!

Tore a labrum in my hip after ankle surgery. Yup, body tried to compensate. Run and Box and life now but hips are still tight and this looks really good. Much appreciated.🙏✨

You can also just hold yourself on a table if balancing is hard.
