You don’t understand what you’ve done. 3 years of chronic lower back and hip pain. It was debilitating. Today I was at the end of it. As a coincidence this came on my algorithm. I decided to try it out improvising with things around the house. I stood up for the first time in 3 years, looked in the mirror in shock, I didn’t feel the pain that I usually feel from sitting to standing, bent over a few times which normally brings on excruciating pain, and nothing?? . Instantly burst into tears.
Thank you isn’t even the word.

This movement saved me from surgery after battling anterior hip impingement pain for over a year. It literally feels like medicine is being poured into my hip joint whenever I do this movement. I use two heavy duty exercise tube bands because thats what I have available to me. They don't dig into my thighs as bad as I thought they would... The more I see about banded mobility the more info comes to light. Particularly about getting “a ton of tension” on the band.

Been following you for a while. I have been having increased hip pain recently that I was attributing to arthritis. I was having a hard time sleeping so I decided to give this a try despite having different symptoms. It was magical! Hip pain: gone. Thank you!

After multiple MRIs I was diagnosed with a Frayed Hip Labrum in my right hip. After watching these videos perfectly explains my pain and why my hip has literally negative internal rotation according to my physical therapist.

Worked this into warm ups for leg day for a month and eliminated all pain and learned better glute involvement. Nothing better than training legs!
