Level up your hip mobility and target your hip flexor AND hip capsule with this banded stretch. Stretching our hip flexors is SO important as this muscle gets right really fast from staying too long in the same position 🪑. Therefore exercise can reduce back pain as well, since this is one of the negative results from sitting so long.

Here is how…👇🏼

1️⃣. Fix the band at around knee height at a sturdy subject
2️⃣. Step into the band and fix it right below
Your butt
3️⃣. Step far enough away to create a good amount of tension (make sure your band doesn’t rip though😂)
4️⃣. Squeeze your butt to stretch the hip flexor
5️⃣. Make it even harder by reaching and bending your arm overhead and slightly sideways
