You are absolutely correct on the title people don't realize how important stretching and mobility work are for the body if you aren't stretching and making mobility a priority your fascia will no longer move how it is supposed to.

Getting on the floor is a problem for me. Are there any other stretches? I am also working with a femur fracture from January. I am 57 and definitely feel the stiffness mostly in my lower half.
