THIS ONE IS A MUST !

15 MINUTES OF THIGHS.
Inner & Outer Thighs including also your calves.
I know many many girls have been asking me to creat a workout like this.
It’s gonna burn!
I am using ankle weights here for a bigger burn.
Each side 2 kg / 4,4 pounds.
If you don’t have any, that’s fine. You can do this workout without ankle weights and it works as good as with.
I included some new exercises which I haven’t been using before and I just enjoy these 15 Min. so much that I’ve been doing this workout on every legday already .. it’s been a week.

Enjoy and let’s have fun TOGETHER.

I normally don’t write comments but i lost 0, 5 cm on my upper inner thighs in 3 days (without any diet and i don’t have an active lifestyle )... This video is so underrated, it deserves so much more views and likes. Thank you Mary 🌟

✨underrated✨ This is the ONLY workout where I see a difference in my thighs. It burns like hell but after 5 days my mum told me that my legs look a lot thinner. Trust me I tried Emi Wong, Chloe Ting and literally every other thigh workout and this is by far the best. (Don't get me wrong, that the other workouts didn't work for me doesn't mean they won't work for you)

Ok so I'm gonna start doing this again and I'll update you guys
Start measurements: 57.5 cm on both legs
Day 1: done but it literally killed me

This is always the workout, I come back to when I need visible results fast. I did the workout two times a day before and in a week I got three sizes down in jeans, without doing other workouts and my diet was no sugar intake.

have been doing this workout for 3 days and my measurements:
left leg 66 cm > 65 cm
right leg 65 cm > 62 cm
maybe I do sth wrong but my legs burn SO MUCH

Girl i love this. I was a dancer so i am so flexiable n its hard for my to find the exercises after which i could feel Anything. But after 5 min of this i cant fell my inner thighs!!!🧡tysm

after pregnancy my body ofc getting fat. Especially my thighs. I measured my thighs after delivered my baby was 101 cm 😫. I tried many legs workout it worked until 72 cm but after I stopped for a week my thighs back again look super fatty and I don't like it. SO I TRY THIS WORKOUT. Believe me my thighs burn so bad and I can't do diet because I still breastfeeding. I tried this for a week my thighs right now is 58 cm and look super toned. I can even remember all of the movements. Thank you so 🥰🥰🥰🥰❤️❤️❤️❤️

I've been doing this workout for the past 2 months together with other workouts. I thought it will get easier but i want to cry every single time when I do it and my legs shake so hard that I start laughing while crying. Thanks Mary for these mixed emotions, that's my fav leg workout!

Fr one of the best thigh ones I’ve found. Many workouts work only briefly then stop this one has helped me slim and maintain slim legs. I saw results within 2-3 days of doin it

Im glad she didnt repeat the workout, the 1 leg glute bridge lift freaking killed me, i was SHAKING when doing it. Now i cant stand. I like the other ones !

26/01 - workout done ✅️(always hurts oof)
27/01 - workout done ✅️(I'm so goddamn proud of myself istg)
28/01 - workout done ✅️(the way I breathe a sigh of relief the minute all the bridge hold exercises end)
29/01 - workout done ✅️(completing this workout leaves me feeling so accomplished)
30/01 - workout done ✅️(5 days in a row baby!)
31/01 - workout done ✅️(ending the month right!)
I do an abs workout before this, and now im combining it with a 30 day yoga challenge, let's go february 🤌🏻
1/2/2023 - workout done ✅️ (my butt looks rounder and my calves are looking sculpted WUHU!)
2/2/2023 - workout done ✅️ (even w/o the weights this one never stops hurting 🗿)
3/2/2023 - workout done ✅️ (gave my 100% today, super proud of myself)
6/2/2023 - workout done ✅️ (skipped for the weekend and only did yoga, feel better than ever coming back to this!)
7/2/2023 - workout done ✅️ (never stops burning, never)
Couldn't stretch after 7ths workout so my left leg was cramped for 2 days, stretching is imp y'all
10/02/2023: workout done ✅️ (I see some changes in my stubborn thigh fat 🤌🏻
13/02/2023: did another thigh workout instead of this because I don't have time these days 😭
