Target and tone your thighs with this 20 min no-repeat workout. No equipment required, though for some extra burn - grab a pillow to use at the end 🔥🔥🔥 Let's do it team!

▸ Equipment: 1 x medium size pillow

▸ Instructions: Follow along and complete as many reps as possible in 50 Seconds. After 10 Seconds of Rest continue to the next move.

3. Cool Down 20:24 - 23:55

I love this lady’s workout. She’s teaching me to love my body (instead of hating it). And she respects my time (there’s no time waisted in her videos, no promotions, no lengthy explanations), hence I can do that workout every week without getting annoyed.

Day 1✅: The burn!!! It was really hard but also really fun so I managed to complete it.

Day 2 ✅: The timing seemed quick but it was satisfying completing another day. The last bit burned alot. ❤

Oh my gosh. The Plie squat with heal raise hold got me. The lyrics in the song talked about shaking like crazy and my legs were shaking like crazy! Good timing. Thank you Anna!!

So I have measured myself it's 38 am happy even I have lost 1 pound

My last day of two week challenge
I think I have lost 2 pounds and one inch this workout is definitely effective I would recommend everyone over there thank you ❤️❤️

I always dreaded leg days, and while they still aren’t my favorite, you find a way to make them fun, which is crazy😂😜. And oddly enough, they do seem a bit easier - thanks, I’m sure, to your awesome training that has made me stronger!!!

Hahaha the lyrics "I am shaking like crazy" got me laughing cause I was shaking like hell during that plie squat raised heel hold😂😂 Also the one at the end "I'm tired". I love how you fit the songs!

Hi Anna! This is one of the best workouts ever! Love that you keep a good pace - ie not too fast, the counting, % and preview cues are very helpful, the song choices are great, and it's also great you finished with stretches. Thank you for your content! <3
