In 2009, I was diagnosed with neurosarcoidosis (swelling on my brain). I'd lie in a fetal position & cry like a baby because the headaches were almost too unbearable to deal with (especially at night). Every night prior to sleep & every morning upon awakening, I'd meditate & visualize being healed & pain free, & 6 months later, it became a reality. My doctors were amazed with how quickly my disease had gone into remission. I still have to get brain MRIs annually to stay on top of it, & I continue to feel good too (PRAISE GOD)!!! 😊

Change the future:
Step 1 What is your desire
Step 2 construct an event which implies the fulfillment of your desire
Step 3 relax and visualize it. Imagine it. Details. Preferably right before a nap.
Step 4 With eyes closed, mentally FEEL yourself right into it. "Make elsewhere here" imaginary sensations become real to you.
Step 5 condense it into a SINGLE action.
Let it permeate the mind, let it feel real and then go to sleep.

dude what a synchronicity, i did this last night - visualized my ex and I having a picnic with our future kids - and then had a very vivid dream where she said "hi hunny" to me and it felt so good! I'm definitely gonna get her back!

I know that you posted this video along time ago now, but I wanted to thank you for one specific thing that you said here. You said, "I honestly don't know what you're going through, and maybe you've been through a lot and feel like giving up. Don't. Don't give up". As someone suffering through PTSD from long stemming trauma and abuse, I've often felt desperate and felt the need to "give up". Both literally and figuratively. That was the first time a statement from any channel on the topic of loa has ever truly resonated with me. It honestly made me hopeful, and even moved me to joyful tears. Thank you so much showing that type of compassion.

You’re the best Josh, this is really powerful! I just manifested my son making it in a prestigous university. I used a similar technique to manifest living in Miami Florida. I came here on vacation three years prior and I enjoyed myself I felt the vibration of this place from the moment I got off the plane. And that feeling Stay With Me. And I remember telling my friends and anyone close to me who would listen that I was moving to Miami. I didn't say it every day but when I didn't say it to others I found pictures I YouTube videos I became obsessed with living in Miami that it became just my main thought and through a sequence of events that to this day I can't explain how they happen but they were so natural that I had the opportunity to come here ALMOST for free. And I have lived here for years now. The best decision that I ever made and that the Universe ever bless me with.

It's not about the techniques. It's about moving into a particular state of consciousness you desire. Then the state must become visible.
It's about reprogramming your subconscious mind with your conception of self.

Josh, thank you so much for sharing this! I'm almost done reading The power of awareness and this video is my biggest takeaway from it. GREAT job at explaining it!

1. Determine what you desire

2. Construct an event which you believe you would encounter following the fulfillment of your desire (not the event itself)

Example: If you want a promotion, instead of imagining the fulfilled desire itself of you getting a promotion, imagine being congratulated afterword by your friends and co-workers because that would imply that your desire has been fulfilled

2. Lie on a bed or a chair and begin imaging that you’re sleeping

3. With your eyelids closed and your attention focused, mentally feel yourself right into it

4. Enter it performing the action where it feels real to you

The difference between feeling the action here and now and visualizing yourself into action as though you are far away on a movie screen is the difference between success and failure

5. Keep it simple. Condense the imaginary action to a single act and loop it until it has the feeling of reality. Let it feel real. Then, go to sleep

Never, ever go to sleep feeling discouraged or dissatisfied
