Loved the format and the music. I started with a 3 lb. weight to get a feel for the moves. I'm looking forward to using 5 lbs. next time.

I enjoyed this one and I surprised it was only 10 minutes. Would like more of these maybe without squats. 🙃 Always love the music. I have several of your videos saved and one of your walking with weights in my current rotation. Thank you.
