These are all great, but I would like to add 1 more thing to the list. Build a small team of friends with specialized skills. I've been investing for almost 20 years, in my "group, " we have the finance guy, the healthcare guy, the tech guy, housing guy, and international news/business guy. We are all nerds and geeks but, with over 20+year of paying attention and learning, the amount of information passed amongst us has guided us where to shift money, set up side hustles for multiple income sources, but most importantly, trust and confidence. 7/7, fantastic video and I hope anyone who watches really digests everything that you said because it 100% accurate.
