Swings improved my punching power on the bag. I am currently using 176lb 10x10 under 20 minutes. The best exercise I discovered during Covid. I will never go back to deadlift nor RDLs.

If you wanted to get one kettlebell would you recommend 24kg or 32kg? I can do 20 of the 24kg as a beginner.
