I don’t know why people are criticizing the swing. I swing how it’s comfortable for me. I hip hinge and squat swing. Who says you can’t squat? If it feels good then squat while swinging. If not then hinge. Geesh. 😌

I just started doing this 100 day thing...still figuring out what the ratio of swing days to rest days should be. However the only person doing a proper hip-hinge swing is the guy at 2:45. A kettlebell swing should _not_ include a squatting movement.
