This home workout is all standing, no jumping, low impact, no repeats and no equipment.

Been at school for about 10 hours I’m tired but I’m gonna work out and get my mind off the test I just took until I get my results. Thanks I have a really bad knee so doing things like jumping is hard but I manages the best I can and do what I can ❤

Loved it—made it to the end but now i am very red in the face and sweaty haha. Im trying to a get to a point where your 20min exercises dont lwave me totally tuckered out 🎉
