By doing your pilates and strengthening workouts for the last few months, my sciatica on my left side is greatly reduced. Beginning in November I could barely walk. In the last week, I've been able to walk with little pain for 30-45 minutes at a time (walking is supposed to be good for sciatica). I sleep now at night with very little pain. I can't thank you enough. You really really know what you are doing!!! 🥰
