Another bad knee movement I discovered is getting in the driver’s side of the car by putting the right leg in and then twisting on the left knee. I now sit on the seat and then swing both legs in. My pain vanished as has that of many friends I’ve recommended this to.

1:50 don't stand so straight that your knees are locked, but knees a bit bend.
4:20 don't stand long on one leg locked, better alternate
4:50. If your job needs long standing, have soft cushion inserts.
5:58 have a swirling chair to facilitate sit-stand
6:45 exercise after standing/sitting for an hour
Don't kneel, don't cross legs too long,
10:47 take short strides in walking
12:00 sleep, have a pillow or wedge under your knees

I have been able to cancel my knee replacement surgery now that I have been able to rid myself of the pain in my knees & sciatica following Bob & Brad & doing their exercises. The knee pain only comes back when I overdo it. Thank y'all !!!

A man I knew walking a trail was having trouble with his upper arm. I told him to go to your channel. I asked him a few times and he had not looked you up so I sent him links for what I thought he may need. Due to COVID I had not seen him for 2 months. I was concerned.🙂♥️
Then I saw him and asked how his arm was and he said he did the exercises and they worked beautifully and he was healed.

Yay for you guys!!!

Omg. I have to stop locking my knees. It’s a habit for me and I’ve been doing it for years. Thanks for the visual.

Me, aged 28, struggling with knee pain after years of heel walking, sleeping with my knees bent all night and no cushion, sitting without proper support for my short legs, and working a job where I either stand with locked knees or kneel for 8 hours every day: "Oh... Well that explains it."

I never knew there were certain things that we should avoid doing with our knees... like standing locked. Thank you Bob and Brad. You guys are awesome.

Who knew the "W" stretch, the "butterfly" stretch (aka meditation sit stance), and the long strides were contributing to my knee pain!!! Today after my 2mi run I was really feeling it in my knees! This is bc I meditate in a butterfly stance and stretch in the "W" stance for Pilates! Thank you so much for this video!!!🙏🏼

Great video guys! I'm 22 and for years i've been sitting cross legged almost constantly, and I had no idea until recently that it could be problematic. I've got one knee that cracks like crazy when doing stairs and one silent knee that is just very sore. Slowly trying to fix them!

My mum had terrible knee problems in her later years, and found out it was because she’d always sat with one leg tucked underneath her. So the knee was at an acute angle as well as her weight being on top of that bent knee. I always told people in the office not to do this because of her experience, but sadly none of them took any notice.

NOTE: Knee's "locking" or "hypertension" often occurs with a lack of stability. Improve overall knee strength and health and you'll naturally not be in bad positions as often

My sister and husband noticed and mentioned that I walk with hitting toe to heel and they corrected me that I should walk heel to toe. So I have been doing it the right way all along. :) Thank you, through your video I can share it with them.

Thanks...such useful information! I’m 68 with terrible knee pain for well over 20 years! Most of my problems stems
from standing with them locked! 😳 Thanks guys! 🥳

#6 - don't hyper-extend your knee by propping it on a high stool or counter for a long time. I had a "reading injury" years ago rom doing this. Engrossed in a book, didn't move for an hour, and then couldn't bear weight on that leg.
