Habits that have truly changed my life and I hope will help yours 🤍

1. It’s a small win but one that’s helped me with mental fatigue. When you know what you’re wearing you don’t need to stress about it. This is why I made everything at @oneractive mix and match so you never need to stress

2. Meal prep! I have to always prepare meals. It just sets me up to succeed and also it saves money ! @womensbest protein powder is what I’m using in this video and what supps I use !

3. I can seriously bet my entire life… not even bantering that the moment you have a set gym program you will absolutely see your entire life change. That's why I ALWAYS have my @evolveyou app programs ready!

4. Clean space, clean mind so keep your area organised. If it takes less than 1 min to put away do it now not later

5. Finally waking up a little earlier just for me not to rush has been the biggest blessing! I used to wake up at the last minute and feel so anxious all morning.

I always do random workouts because whenever I go to the gym with a plan, all the machines I need are taken 😭

All the people saying they have no time, yeah my routine is hard, yeah I’m fucking tired every night, but you can fit an hour gym in your schedule if you prep like she does, really helps.
- I lay out all my clothes, bags and other thing, prep my lunch snacks etc in the evening before.
- I make sure I keep my house clean and organised NO dirty dishes or laundry laying around.
- Cleaning up directly after having dinner saves me so much hassle.
- Meal prep, I cook 3 times a week so I have six dinners for myself, sometimes I prep salads for lunch as well.

I’m in university studying computer science, working a part time job to pay my rent and going to the gym 3 times a week and going on a run 2 times a week. It’s hard and I’m tired every evening but it’s productive.

Totally agree, prepped meals for the week and working out a daily gym routine is paramount to one’s success. Your week is simply flowing when you put in the prep time on a Sunday afternoon. Here by us, our week starts on Saturday, so this afternoon I take time out to cook for 3 meals for the week and the other 2 days we usually have a roast or Panfried fish with a starch and veggies. Furthermore, do I prep green smoothies to drink 5 days a week and take out time to plan my workout routine. Most importantly we start our day with reading the Bible and prayer, this set the ultimate godly tone for your day. God is great💕💕💕

YES! All of these habits are what create a system, and make it easier to create a routine. I’ve found when my brain has less decisions to make, then I can execute better. Laying out my clothes and following a set exercise program were HUGE game changers for me! Thanks for sharing!

Peoples comment in here are wild. Why can’t people just watch the video and be happy for what someone wanted to share. She’s sharing great advice on how to stay consistent. If you want to watch people have no discipline and overeat and not workout… there are plenty of videos on YouTube with that content…. Stay nice and God bless!

I’m working on adding in healthy daily habits. Everytime a habit feels really good and natural I’ll add a new one and even though it’s slow going, it’s so much more sustainable for me.

I workout at home, I get more sleep, more privacy, I save $$$ on clothes and a gym membership, I eat what I want, I’m 5’4” at 120 lbs and NEVER stress. Home workouts, that’s MY game changer lol
