i’ve started meditating for maybe 2 weeks and it’s such an eye opening experience i see myself changing in real time. I also started to really learn and study copywriting for the past week and i honestly feel happier than ever. I also learned to leave my phone on do not disturb and in another room whilst i work and my focus is easily 3x times better

I'm 30 years old so a fair chunk older than the majority of people reading this comment and I'm an absolute train wreck. I'm committed 100% to self improvement and will be leaving a comment under this one on January 6th 2024 exactly one year later with an update about how my life is. Keep on doing the hard work especially when you don't feel like it brothers.

I had this fight with myself today- I nearly „reward myself” with KFC. But then my will power won’t allow me to but my Jeffrey brain kept telling me „it is okay to be weak”. I fought with my thoughts for like 10 minutes and end up making myself a high Protein oatmeal (currently on Bulk gained +4 kg) I am proud of my progress because I knew i would indoulge in that fast food about few weeks ago.
Thank you Hamza and other men in this tribe

Habits lead to identity. Bad habits only lead to worsening our inner self. Amazing video.

1. Stop checking phone often
2. Stop being sensitive
3. Stop rewarding yourself by punishing your progress
4. Stop being Redpill, Bluepill, Blackpill
5. Be Adonis pill / Take the Adonis pill

Thank you, DJDJ, for editing this video. I know Hamza is the voice of this channel, but you are just as important in this movement. The clean fast paste editing is appealing and helps retain the attention of those whose attention span is not so great. Your work and all the other editors are helping spread the word of self improvement so more young men like me will change their lives. So, I just want to say thank you.

A simple quote I live by
“If you don’t like something, do something to change it. If you can’t change it, change your mindset about it”
This applies to a lot of things in everyday life, anything from sitting in traffic to mental, physical health.

It never hurts me when you call on our bullshit as you deliver it so authentically and respectfully, making us more oriented towards being more disciplined on getting away from bad habits and keep on grinding up the good ones. It just feels good to tell that every single day I meditated, worked out, journaled'll just drive me further and further to my lifegoals, so I can't get how people can be so enraged when watching a Hamza video. He's the father that reminds us to not fall into complacency, to stop fucking around and getting back on the road, keeping the momentum on. And I ain't that far on self-improvement, even though I discovered it 4 months ago, but hell if I'm that low to be angry about him saying that I'll feel like shit if I relapse which is true. People are so ungrateful that a man like him will dedicate his time to shake your head in the right path. Keep on the grind boys, 2023's ours.

Hamza you should make a video about levels of success at certain ages like 16 to 20, 20 to 25, 25 to 28, 30 plus etc. I feel 16 to 20 is all about learning about what you would like to do with your future, coding, fitness, finance etc. 20 to 25 is about putting your head down and just trying to progress as much as possible due to the exponential nature of work which many are unaware of. And 25 to 28 is the time you can lose it all or bring it into your 30s. Then direct them to 1st man for that 30 plus life

Edit: I'm speaking from experience as I went from Jeffery to Adonis at around 19 after training for 5 years. Although I didn't realize I was still a Jeffery. I bulked and lost my physique and tough times made me realize how weak I really was. By 22 I was very depressed and overweight due to my bulk. Luckily hamza helped me get back and further than where I was. You can just as easily slip back into being a Jeffery. So when hamza talks about the importance of goal setting, meditation and Journaling he's not just talking to talk these things will change your life. The earlier you start the better. Cuz if you get derailed you have time to get back as long as you keep trying. Do the hard work especially when you don't feel it.

It's nice to see that there are self improvement, "become a real man" kind of channels like you out there, that aren't also like Andrew Tate, basically flexing their wealth all the time, scamming young men with useless discord servers and constantly belittling and insulting women, I got so used to seeing those self-proclaimed "alpha males", that I thought at first your channel was similar.
But I was wrong, though I don't agree with everything you say, you still give so much honest and helpful advice for young men like myself, and unlike all those "alpha males", you seem to genuinely want to improve people's lives. I just want to thank you for what you're doing, we all appreciate it so much, keep it up.

been watching your videos for the past 2 weeks, written down essential notes and then started applying them to my everyday routine. I'm so thankful for your channel and felt a change in myself in becoming more Adonis than a Jeffrey. Thanks Hamza.

Hi, I’m 12 years old and I recently started watching your videos. You really motivated me to start working out again (I stopped 2 months ago) and I quit procrastinating on YouTube Shorts (I also quit video games 2 years ago). I find your content really inspirational and I will be posting updates every couple of months below.

Thank you so much for your motivational videos!

Edit 2 months later: Still going strong with workouts and eating healthier than ever 💪. Currently visiting Bali but still staying on the grind even with all the challenges of travelling!

I genuinely love you man, i was addicted to my phone … every morning i would spend hours on tiktok or yt shorts. To lazy to brush my teeth, make some proper breakfast social anxiety etc. Because of you hamza no one else. The combination of YOUR videos made me what i am now. I have a proper morning and night routine, I couldn’t go to the gym from my mom and dad because i was to young (14) so I didn’t wanna make an excuse so i started calisthenics. Eating more healthy and feeling better. Thanks for calling my jeffrey actions out i love you hamza 💙

The 5th habit hit me realy hard. I'm cutting down on social media usage, and I think im doing well, but instead of scrolling on instagram, im scrolling on youtube shorts, and all I see is another short motivational video, that I just watch and watch. It seems good, right? Motivational video? YEAH. But no, its horible, it works the same way as other video. Additionally im watching Hamza's videos a lot, and guess what. Im not taking action. Shit bro, u got me that one. I have that wrong belief, that if im watching it, I am productive, which is ridiculous. Thank you so much for that one. Its time to get my shit together. Do the hard work, especially when you dont feel like it <3

I literally read about this today in Brian Tracy's "The power of self displine" instead of rewarding yourself with cheat days buy smaller or well fitting gym clothes. I love what you're doing hamza.
