Should You Workout if You're Sick?

I know a lot of people stay dedicated to their workout schedule, but is it okay to workout even if you're sick? Will you sweat it out, or will you make it worse? A good way to measure if you should workout or not (besides your body temperature) is the neck test.

Training with a cold will help the cold go away. Get that body temperature up and itll alleviate symptoms

i agree. usually when i get the flu running and push ups sort of fix the problem. but there is no way i would work out with stomach ache again, it just made me puke and i lost my strength.

Hey shane, I wanted to get your opinion on krav maga. A BJJ instuctor told me that krav was the stupidest thing i could take for self defense. Opinion?

Hey! Shane so here's the deal, I got into a fight and i hit the guy with my hand not closed enough it wasnt closed the right way i think, so i have some inflammation in the knuckle, right down the pinky finger, i can move my finger but i feel like my knuckle is not in the right position i dont know but if i had fractured my knuckle the pain would be awful and i wouldn't do a single move with my finger right? My hand stills inflamed so i cant see my knuckle clearly....
So i would love if you reply me or post a video about fractures in the knuckles so we can know. Thanks :) Happy new year by the way!!!

It is probably okay to work out if you have explosive diarrhea.  Make sure you drink a power shake or two first.

these days i am thinking should i do more cardio exercise mma etc or do more gym workout (dumbbells etc) for losing 18 pounds and have a little bigger muscles.. help me plz I appreciate it thnx

How can you workout when you are feeling sick lol, wouldn't you just train even worse and end up going home 10 minutes later in the gym l0l

with great work must come great rest in order to support that great work for example in order to stay up late u must have been able to sleep in b4 hand in order to be able stay awake.i know lots of ppl that work 9-5 then go to the gym for about an hour or 2 then go out with friends and then come back and study or do housework and then wale up 6 in the morning the next day it sounds very rushed and not healthy at all i dont know how they do it but there bodies must be dying inside on the core when i work out whether it be gym workouts or sparring martial arts i atleast need 2 lazy days afterwards to recover.
