I play football and trust me I went into a flow state and destroyed the entire team and then when I said in my mind “am I actually doing this” then I realized I was thinking too much and I missed the goal but I destroyed the entire team in dribble even the other team was giving me compliments .

This video is masterpeice, the tip i use the most is the first one, for me when ever i want to get good at a move or a shot in football i always play a match that can be with friends, family, or teammates. I do this so i get that "in game feeling" and see how it would work and how i can execute it during a real game. Great video love this topic .
