I’ve been watching your Channel for four years now and some of my best recipes have come from you. You’ve also inspired me to be more entrepreneurial. I also suffer from health problems and I’ve had an autoimmune disease since I was about 14, so over half my life now. I love that you are encouraging people to reheat using an oven or a pan and not a microwave! Makes a big difference in terms of taste, that i think a lot of people are not aware of.

I came back to this video and the e-book and made everything to the recipes, following along. I forgot how much I liked this week, especially. Tastes great, feel satisfied, no cravings, saved $$, and I lost 2 lbs because I had time to exercise. That's a 6x win!! Thank you, Leizl. You have helped me a lot and I am sure many others, too. ❤

It's really nice to see someone create realistic portion sizes of healthy foods. The mental aspect of losing weight is the biggest hurdle to overcome and usually where people fail, especially long term. There is nothing more dispiriting than looking down at a plate with a tiny amount of low cal, tasteless food.

I followed your meal and workout plan a few years ago after having my first baby and wanting to be in better shape before attending a wedding in Mexico. The plan was enjoyable And I saw results!

One little tip is to use citrus at the end of cooking if you really wanna taste it, heating up citrus kinda mutes the flavor

HAPPY NEW YEAR! I greatly appreciate your adding in suggestions/tweaks for people who want to either decrease or increase their caloric intake (1200, 1400, 1600, 1800) as I am trying to zig zag my calories a bit between 1200-1800 :). 2022 is the year I reach my goal dropping my last 25lbs and plan to maintain afterwards (gone from 295 with final being 145). Thanks!!!😃☺
