I like the videos with ur parents in them because it’s really relatable. More videos with people who have transformed their eating and what they eat on a daily basis would be good x

I am constantly amazed at how well a WFPB lifestyle works for me. When I feel hungry, even after eating what I thought was plenty of starch and vegetables, I am somewhat reluctant to eat more because I'm worried I will overeat. I fight this fear (which I've had for YEARS) and go ahead and indulge in more starch and, shockingly, don't gain weight! It seems miraculous to me! I have never eaten as much in my life as I do now that I am WFPB and I easily maintain a very healthy weight/BMI. THANK YOU Emmie for all you do. I especially enjoy hearing from your clients who have benefitted from your expertise. Oh! And I NEVER count calories.

I like a combination of educational eating info, which u are the best at!, and meal preps, which u simplify extremely well, thank u! Others are whizzes at throwing a meal together, but u are educated with the science behind it! So young, and so bright!👧🦋

Mindset! I struggle with late night snacking too.
Thanks so much for explaining the hunger/fullness cues!!! I thought my body didn't have full cues but I've probably been ignoring them for too long

Thank you for sharing Healty Mummy's first meal. I always wondered how she used the carrots...were they cooked and added to the oatmeal or added raw? Shredded, whole, or baby carrots? Great video as always. Shout out to those who are contemplating working with Healthy Emmie....DO IT! I am a previous client and still have the weight off that I lost. I LOVE eating plant-based. I have been eating the SOS way for 2 years now....have there been "bumps in the road?" Of course, I am human but I am able to get back on track and feel so much better when I do. Just found this channel n subscribed. Ive been veggie/vegan most of my life but recently forced myself to eat carnivore. I felt a lot of guilt n could smell the blood/death. After 3 weeks I tolerated it n lost 7lb. Now I'm fed up eating the same thing. Miss my vegan lifestyle. I enjoyed prepping the foods. I do have 2.5 stone still to lose. Done all the diets in the past. Weight Watchers worked but that was when I was a lot younger. I'm now 59. I dont want to eat meat anymore! Thank you for the idea of mashing pinto beans up! I can add garlic puree n herbs as a spread on toast. Just signed up to your mailing list to. Anyone reading this from UK??? Buddy up somehow? My friends are all carnivore! 😢

Hi Emmie!! Love the video! Also, for some video suggestions can you please do a video where you explain actual fat burn and how the body burns the fat/ cellulite in your body when eating WFPB? I went WFPB
5 months ago and I have lost sooo much actual fat/ cellulite and I am surprised!! I NEVER thought for one second that would happen!! I have never lost cellulite from ANY DIET EVER!! I am so happy, but my mind can’t wrap around if the carbs are fueling me then how am I losing cellulite??? I would love to see a video on the science of that! Also, I would love to see more videos of you out and about and seeing how you actually navigate food options when out! Thanks so much Emmie!!😉👍🏽
