Guys just remember to take a minute break pause or 2 minutes of you really need to finish the whole video. Don't just give up 1/3 of the way thru because you failed a rep. Taking an extended pause isn't gonna ruin your gains. Just as soon as you got your breathing under control get back to it!

day 3:

I couldn't manage any of the exercises in this chest workout properly, I probably would've been able to pull off the last one but I was way too tired at that point.

I'm really trying though and I hope by the end of the challenge I will be able to do a lot more. Maybe dropping some kilos will ease it up too. (I'm 183 cm and 88.3 kg)

I started doing the 5 minute chest workout on my knees and could barely finish. Then I got to the point it wasn't a challenge doing proper push-ups and switched to this 10 min chest workout. Could barely finish it, now I can do it everyday without being sore after. Time to.move up to level 3 soon.

I've tried too many complex ten minute workout but this hits different on my shoulders, triceps and chest. Definitely going to do this three times a week

I’m skeptical of YouTube testimonials, but I just gotta say this for anybody who questions whether they can actually see changes:

I’m a smaller guy. 5’8” 170. I could hardly do 20 pushups before. After a few months of Bully Juice’s different vids, I’m doing 180 pushups in a 5 minute period. I went from struggling to keep up with the vids, to working through the rest time. My 11&13 yr old kids went from asking if I was ok after each workout to randomly jumping on my back (with no notice) while I’m exercising. Combined they’re right at 230 lbs, and I can have them climb on my front and back together and go up the stairs of our 2 story home. My wife doesn’t give me that “I don’t think you should try that” look anymore, because she’s confident I can. when we’re out they find the strongest guy they see and ask if I think I can take him. That level of confidence that their dad can carry them physically, instills a deeper emotional and spiritual confidence.
