The "Chest workout Home edition" was designed to provide an easy and fun professional workout for everyone. These exercises are designed to tone main pectoral muscles (upper, major and minor pectoral muscles) and you can workout wherever you want: at home, in the park, on the beach or at the gym.
No special equipment is required for this workout: if you don't have a bench for elevated push-ups, use any elevated surface (chair, box, etc.).

I have been doing this for a one year now and i have gotten a really great result.so I recommend you guys to do this.i got a good result within 1 month. maintaining a diet will give you even more greater result.good luck to every one.

Here's my progress over the time, I just started recently.

✓ is for no skipped repetitions and number marks the number of skipped repetitions.

Knee / Bench / Narrow
✓ ✓ ✓ / ✓ 1 5 / 3 4 6
✓ ✓✓ / ✓ ✓ 3 / 3 4 7
✓ ✓✓ / ✓ ✓ ✓ / 2 4 5
✓ ✓✓ / ✓ ✓ ✓ / ✓ 2 3
✓ ✓✓ / ✓ ✓ ✓ / ✓ ✓ 2
✓ ✓✓ / ✓ ✓ ✓ / ✓ ✓ ✓ - but was kind twisting last few times
✓ ✓✓ / ✓ ✓ ✓ / ✓ ✓ ✓ - no twisting, i was lifting last few more on my triceps tho.

I'm gonna do this one 4-5 more times and than go to level 2

I was taking 2 days rest in between the exercises.

Hope this helps someone out there. Just be committed, keep track of your progress and you will see the improvement.

Keep working through the pain mate! Even though my chest was sore from the past 3 days I still tried to do this exercise. It's all about conditioning your body and your body doesn't want to change. Push through the pain barrier and you'll be glad you did!

I got already results in the first 2 weeks. When you do the exercise you think: i want to rest, but when you are thinking that just keep on to the next brake and then you can relax a little time and if you keep on thinking like this you will make it trough the end and after the workout you can feel your muscles in your arms and little bit in your chest and after a while you feel the most in your chest and a little bit in your arms! Keep on doing it, great exercise!
