Abs & Chest! Abs & Chest... what’s not to love? Get ready for one of the best Home Chest & Abs Workouts of your LIFE! Let's do this! A no equipment workout that you can do first thing in the morning before breakfast! This workout is perfect to grow your chest, shoulders, triceps, six pack abs and obliques!

This video is full length which means you can just follow along with whatever I'm doing. If you need extra rest, just pause the video. If you don't need a rest - watch it the whole way through.

Who else got into a better shape during lockdown with Fraser’s help? P.S. After doing this 5-6 times in the last 2 weeks I feel a positive change. It was very had to do this set at first, but now it is done easily.

As a girl this was very hard. It made me realize I should be working out my chest a lot more. I haven’t struggled with a video in a long time so I’m definitely making this my goal video.

This is a good routine. It’s surprising how effective a 10 or 20 minute blast can be. It’s not the duration, it’s the intensity. There’s no excuse for not being able to do a routine like this. Thanks for the video Fraser!

Honestly I'm about to do this workout before going to school. I think waking up 15 mins earlier is worth it.
