alright i just finished day 4.... now this one was really challenging i guess i really have a weak upper body.... Id fail my set after like 3 reps of every exercise.. so i finshed the video with my upper body muscles super fatigued but i wasnt out of breath... just weak muscles... so I ended up repeating yesterday's workout.... not that anyone cares about these details lol ... keep it up everyone

Day 23 about to get started. On saturday is my chest day I'll be sure to use this one. Once the 30 days is done I am starting again but I will be doubling up my workouts. I even put myself on a diet.

I had to stop the 30 Days challenge because I have hip Problems. But workouts like this are still possible. Thx für all your workouts Bully 🔥💪
