These tutorials are very useful, but could you please consider doing them as complete follow along sessions so I don't have to keep pausing and rewinding the video?

I've done yoga for over 20 years and never been able to improve my flexibility in a forward bend. After one set of of these I went from my fingers being 6 inches from the floor to being able to touch my knuckles to the floor. I'm blown away by this. I felt incredible tension in my front hip flexors? Anyway I'm going to slowly increase after a few days rest but this is a game-changer at age 61! Thank you I'm a new subscriber

Can we just recognize how fluid the editing is in her videos? All the audio is perfect I didn't even realize she was talking in some of the scenes I thought it was all voice over

awesome information with a super clear explanation. I'm chronically tight in my hamstrings and shoulders... many years of sitting at a desk, strength training and rock climbing. Despite feeling pretty good after a yoga session, my body seems to recoil back afterwards. I'm looking forward to trying out these techniques for a few weeks and see if there is lasting progress.

Great video as always! CRAC seems very similar to the PNF stretching that I do for my clients during assisted stretching sessions. Thank you. I will probably start implementing this now for myself.
