Acharya Bharat Shetty has diligently designed multiple series and sequences for his students based on traditional texts, his learning from his gurus and in large part his own extensive personal studies and experience of over two decades.
At Indea Yoga, we believe in a steady progress of asana practice from basic to advanced that allows the body to strengthen and grow without injuries. Accordingly, if you are a beginner, we recommend that you apply the following sequences in order to build your practice:
