True heartbreak feels like you're dying of sadness. I'll never forget my heartbreak seven years ago...I was in my bedroom for a week straight, I slept all day and night, I didn't eat, and I remember crawling to the bathroom and crawling back. Some days I'd have the strength to climb back onto bed, other days I wouldn't and would just stay on the floor. One of the worst things I've ever been through.

Been there. Its one of those things where I didn't realise how bad it was possible for a human to feel, until I felt it. I've recovered, but it's changed me.

Still healing, still hurting. I'm not sure it'll ever go away completely. But it has for him, at least. 2 months after divorce, he's getting remarried. I don't wish this pain on my worst enemy. Heartbreak literally breaks your heart. No wonder people die from heartbreak. It truly makes you physically sick. At least I knew love because most won't ever find that. Even if it was one-sided. He was and will always will be the love of my life. Regardless of the horrible things he's done (the lies, the cheating, the abuse), there were also good times too. I got a beautiful child from that 14 year marriage/relationship.

I was heartbroken by the love of my life when I was 21, and couldn't even look at another man for 4 years. I married the wrong person after that because my heart still wasn't really free. I didn't really let it go completely from my soul until this year, 39 years later. When I fell deeply in love But, he's now changed his mind about a relationship. This time I'm not on my knees. I have pain upon pain upon pain. I have come a long way yet I do still have tougher days than other. On top of heartbreak about a marriage, a lover, a best friend, a life lost, a different version of me lost, family lost, dreams lost, time lost, but my hope is not lost. I will create a new life and pray for a beautiful love just for me & that's meant to be. Yes I have cried tears enough to fill an ocean but the sun is coming out more often and I am clawing my way to a future. Gratitude, faith, hope, just keep going forward.

I am broken from 3 September 2022 till now ..
I can say, just now my heart feels a bit better.
I think about him 20 hr a day and not 24 hr anymore.
It hunts me, i lost weight, couldn't eat, sleep.
This is the hardest thing in love ever happend 2 me!
I am 46 years old and man ... this feeling is a monster 2 deal with.
I lost my mom many years ago, she was depressed and she bled to death in front of my eyes.. i couldn't help her.
Somehow this lovepain i am in right now feels harder.
Hope one day i can find out if one pain has 2 do with the other.

I’ve been there… most toxic relationship ever. Glad I sucked it up and walked away. It was worth all the pain and uncertainty at the end for a peaceful & tranquil outcome. Be strong and leave when it’s wrong to stay. 👍
