Yeah, I don’t know about this one. I’ve ran 6 marathons and over 20 half marathons. Last one was 12 years ago. Definitely beats the body up and suppresses immune system function. All that running can lead to a high carb diet which isn’t good. Feel and look much better doing calisthenics and low carb diet.

I've known people who used to run a lot and they ended up with knee injuries. We're they just doing it wrong? Thanks for any info 😊

I am surprised he didn't say biking. It is better on the knees longterm than running.

jogging's inflammatory, though. Sprinting is better.
Swimming is enjoyable and is a life skill

In my early 20s I added swimming to my workouts. Loved it. Unfortunately, I haven’t swim in over 15 years.

Swimming is great but simply not affordable in the uk
