I lost half my body weight while in my forties ... 134 lbs and I tightened my belly this way but I did them in a standing position. I believe this exercise also helped me lose my apron. Now in my sixties I am doing them again and they are making a difference. This works!

Looks like an exercise you can do during your pause at the office or work from home 🙂

Or even if you can't do exercises that need your legs, like planks or push-ups 👍👍👍👍👍

Omg!! This was what I'm having been doing awhile back🙌funny now I just saw this.
I was watching t.v(movie) n decided to stretch my body after sitting all day ...so as I was doing this I felt it here n there so I decided to focus better on it n realized it targets pretty well all over.
