Coaching from 6 week Rapid Recovery Group:
Do you tend to be sensitive or easily angered or hurt?
You likely have triggers from previous trauma or painful relationships.
These triggers can cause pain in your new relationships and also interfere with your ability to receive help and feedback.
That is why Thomas Tadlock and I address it in our 6 Week Rapid Recovery Group (clip of the coaching in the group shown in this video).
We know that if our members get triggered negatively by our feedback, they might walk away from their opportunity to reverse their disease.
So we encourage them to tell us how they feel and help them heal their pain and stop reacting to triggers.
This has helped our members not only heal from their illnesses, but have happier marriages and friendships too!
If you can relate, let me know in the comments.
