as a med student, i want to tell people is its fine if you didn't hit your complete protein intake today but make sure to hit your fibre intake daily because people aren't dying outta protein deficiency but due to colon cancer. (protein is important but never compromise on fibre)

I used to be bloated the majority of my teenage years. Despite being very lanky, I had terrible gut issues ever since I remember. Turns out it was ptsd lol. Please, take care of your emotional side <3

This video was so on point! Love it! 🍓 What has helped me personally and TREMENDOUSLY a lot is eating healthier, kefir, raw milk and ginger in my teas and smoothies. Our gut is what they call our second brain.. so when my gut is happy I can tell that my emotions are also more in check. Awesome stuff here! Cheers! 💗

Nutrition is key!! Btw if anyone reading this comment is planning on drinking ginger shots, just be careful with how strong you make it because I had issues with it (stomach pain and breakouts).

6:30 guys make sure you have only one or two sips of water if you had more it can extinguish the fire in stomach and food will digest slowly

I am happy that as a south asian especially as i am from nepal. Our daily meal is basically rice, vegs, spinach. And my dad who has been making us eat fruits daily, healthy foods and taught us to drink warm water every morning
