Can’t figure out why you’re having stomach aches and pain, bloated, gassy, irregular bowel patterns, not feeling well, etc?

Start by eliminating common foods that cause digestive problems like gluten/wheat, dairy, egg yolks or egg whites, added sugar, nuts, cruciferous vegetables, high-fiber foods, protein bars, artificial sweeteners, alcohol, caffeine, coffee, chocolate and/or spicy foods. Do this for about 3-4 weeks to give your gut time to heal before moving to step 2 (video coming soon)

I know everyone commenting thinks that means there’s nothing left to eat - and yes it can feel that way for sure! Please see my comment to others below. There are plenty of foods left to eat, but it IS a short-term sacrifice to figure out your issue. This is only temporary, and you can always choose to only eliminate a few foods at once. 😊 I’m sharing more of my own journey with this on Instagram if you want more details and to follow along to learn more. 🙌🏻

Fasting intermittently over time helps your gut more than ridiculous removal of foods which you should do but after healing you should reintroduce some foods or experiment these types of duet some want you to follow will elave you in a state of malnutrition which is easy for these doctors to do but you need to heal the gut . Definitely remove triggering foods but fasting can even help gut issues

Lady intermittent fasting is a better option along with some triggering foods but it all depends many must experiment before taking advice only you know your own body

Smh. 😂 Bruh, you replaced those options with a bag of broccoli. Atleadt shoe variety. There are plenty of things to eat to heal the gut and found to be the least common gut irritants. Things like all Berries, citrus fruit, non fibrous or non starchy veggies, like avocado, cucumber, tomatoes, lettuce, bell peppers, carrots. For animal protein, wild caught salmon, gressfed beef, beef liver, sardines, not in a can and eggs if you can tolerate it. If you need starch in your life try sweet potatoes or red potatoes boiled then lightly sautéed in butter or any type of animal fat. DO NOT USE CANOLA, SAFLOWER, SUNFLOWER OIL OR ANY OTHER SEED OIL FOR COOKING. Throw that $#it out. Have a salad with olive oil, apple cider vinegar, raw honey, avocado and raw whole plain greek yogurt for dressing
