I have struggled with sleep a lot and so I have watched and read a lot of sleep related content. Everybody more or less talks about the same sleep hygiene tips but I realised the actual problem is in the restless mind.
Only now, after hearing Hansa ji, I feel calm and confident that sleep can happen with natural methods and that there is still hope :)

Thanks Maam. Many years ago I learnt yoga under your guidance. It was wonderful. Discontinued many good things you taught us and continued with some. It has helped immensely. Now that I m 50+ and semi retired ... doing all this again... God bless you Maam with gd health and longevity.... 👃👃

Thank you! Bless your soul! Lately I have such bad sleep on and off and I am watching this in five in the morning crying because I can’t sleep. I only got two hours of sleep 😢. I assume the people doing this dislike are trying to click the like through their tears of joy that they found the Visio they needed
