Diamond pushups hurt my wrists. The wrists dont have that flex capacity. Is there a way to traim the wrists for that flex rang?

These are all really good! Can I also suggest tricep dips using a chair or sofa? I did 3 sets about 4 days ago and my triceps are STILL sore! (I think it’s because I increased my reps but it’s a burner).
