Just what I needed to start my day. Your breathing really helps me to oxygenate. Still can't get my left arm to do some of your moves. At the elbows back touch down position at 7:15 it is impossible for me to lift my hands up and down. You are inspirational. Thank you.

Thank you! I was just searching for an exercise video this morning and this popped up in my feed. Always great to start the day with one of your routines Jessica! Question - I don’t understand why I feel tension in my upper thighs/psoas area while sitting in this position at 0:38. Any suggestions to correct my posture while sitting this way?
