Join me for a 20 minute LEGS AND BOOTY WORKOUT to shape your glutes and sculpt your leg muscles. All you need is a medium set of dumbbells. In this routine, I'll be using a set of 8lb weights. Some exercises will be with dumbbells and some without. Intervals will be 45 seconds on, with a 30 second compound set, and 15 seconds rest. So let's get sculpting! 💞 xox Mik

I've tried so many different workouts and youtubers but I always come back to yours. No unnecessary babble at the beginning, clear instructions and nice music and no kfc ads in the middle of the workout 😅 I can't stop doing them and I feel so much stronger!!

I love the quicker paced 20 min instead of 30 min quicker pace. I have to work my way up to 30. The quicker pace helps me to feel the burn better!❤️

Awesome! I'm working on getting my legs back in shape after a knee replacement last year. This work out is perfect, as are all your workouts. I'm over 70, and I've been doing a lot of YouTube workouts to get and keep my body strong and fit. I love how you mix it up, keep the pace going, minimal instruction, and good vibes.
